MaidPro of North Alabama, a residential cleaning company located in downtown Decatur, AL is seeking an Employee Manager with a GREAT attitude and an eye for detail.

Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced, exciting environment. Our ideal Employee Manager will excel at all aspects of managing and inspiring employees, from interviewing new candidates, to training new recruits, to encouraging long term employees continuously improve and give every clean their best!

This position will report directly to the Owner of the company.  

APPLICANT MUST BE WILLING TO TRAIN AT BOTH OUR DECATUR AND HUNTSVILLE LOCATIONS. 

Requirements:

Must have High School Diploma or GED, some college is a plus!!  

Must be available to work 7:30a-430p Monday - Friday

Must be EXTREMELY detail oriented.

Must have employee supervision / management experience

Must have strong leadership skills

Must have computer skills (word, excel, outlook)

Office experience a big plus

Bilingual is an even bigger plus

Responsibilities:

Assist owner with daily management of all cleaning employees

Perform interviews of potential cleaners

Efficiently manage in-field requests and morning dispatch of approximately 20-30 service providers

Manage office training of new cleaners

Manage communication between cleaners and office during the day

Prepare work binders and daily job tickets for the next day

Help conduct daily dispatch of cleaners in the morning

Perform in-field quality assurance checks

Speak Professionally with current and potential clients

Manage daily schedule of employees and clients

Assist in sales and online leads of potential clients
