MaidPro Miami: Operations Assistant Manager

MaidPro Miami is hiring an Operations Assistant Manager to support its fast-growing family run company. This position is a stepping stone for professional growth and is an ideal opportunity for a bilingual professional to apply his or her organizational, managerial and customer service skills to support the success and growth of largest residential cleaning service in Miami.

- Starting pay of $17/hour

- Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

This person will work hand-in-hand with the General Manager and Regional Operations Manager to ensure all customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Ensure operational effectiveness, alongside the Regional Operations Manager

- Provide prompt and professional customer service to our clients

- Keep accurate and timely records of customer preferences and requests

- Manage and coordinate on-site estimates and customer meetings when necessary

- Assist with sales and closings when necessary
