MaidPro, a residential cleaning company located in the heart of Tempe is seeking an Operations Manager with a GREAT attitude and an eye for detail. Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced, exciting environment. Our ideal Operations Manager will wear multiple hats, including, but not limited to managing and inspiring employees, providing warm customer service, selling new clients, and performing quality control checks. This position will report directly the Owner of the company.

 

Requirements:

Must be available to work 7:30a - 4p Monday - Friday

Must be EXTREMELY detail oriented.
Must have employee supervision / management experience

Must have strong customer service skills

Must have computer skills (word, excel, outlook)

Office experience a big plus

Bilingual is an even bigger plus

 

Responsibilities:

Assist owner with daily management of all cleaning employees

Perform interviews of potential cleaners

Manage office training of new cleaners

Manage communication between cleaners and office during the day

Prepare work binders and daily job tickets for the next day

Help conduct daily dispatch of cleaner in the morning

Perform in-field quality assurance checks

Assist owner with all aspects of customer service

Assist owner with creating Sales Estimates and Job Schedules
