Bi-Lingual Spanish & English, Office Clerk

MaidPro, a residential cleaning company located in San Jose, CA is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Rep with a GREAT attitude and an eye for detail. Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced, exciting environment.  The position includes dispatching our Service Providers, managing their schedules, inspiring employees and providing friendly customer service over the phone and via email. Part-time to start but will become full time position after a few months.

Must be available to work 8am - 1pm, Monday - Friday
Bi-Lingual Spanish with exceptional English skills, verbal and written
Must be extremely detail oriented
Must have strong customer service skills
Must have computer skills

Positive Attitude

Able to perform in a fast pace working environment

Office experience a big plus


Dispatch Service Providers and manage schedules

Put together work binders and manage keys

Schedule Jobs

Answer customer service and sales phone calls

Follow up with Client Leads and Estimates

Collect client feedback regarding cleaning satisfaction via phone calls and emails
Review feedback with staff
Communicate with our cleaning staff during the day

Other office administrative tasks

No nights, No weekends
Small office environment
Compensation: $17 per hour
