We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who will be responsible for the execution of the day to day Human Resources needs for our 11 Branch offices. Candidate will report directly to CEO and will work closely with the managers to champion excellence and consistency by identifying trends and patterns that impact team members morale and retention. This role will focus heavily on talent acquisition, performance management and compliance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the employee pipeline including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding etc for the 11 branch offices
Assist the mangers with the full scope ot the hiring process: placing ads, communicating with applicants for all branches, scheduling interviews. conducting phone screens, checking references
Assists with the onboarding and off boarding of employees, including initiating background checks, e-verify and exit interviews
Conduct new hire orientations, oversee all training
Manages and develops employee recognition programs
Coordinates recruitment efforts in the development of job descriptions, coordinating interviews and posting jobs.
Communicates, interprets and educates employees on employment policies.
Provides leadership in creating and energizing a productive culture
Ensures implementation and compliance with all of MaidPro's HR policies, procedures and initiatives including ongoing review and editing of MaidPro's handbook 
Assists with unemployment claims, workmans compensation issues and any labor claims and audits including monitoring compliance with all statutory and legal requirements
Make sure all employee files and paperwork are in order and in compliance
Make sure all raises and reviews are given in a timely manner and ensure personnel changes, discipline actions are properly documented and tracked
Provide guidance on HR related issues including EEO, safety, HR policies and employment law practices

Skills / Requirements
Candidates should have minimum of associates degree in Human resources or related field. Candidate should have 0-2 years experience. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is required. Must have strong organization, communication and written skills in HR operations and can effectively interface with a diverse workforce.
