What are our roots? It all began in June 2020, when our flagship franchise, MaidPro, partnered with The Riverside Company (a private equity sponsor). Since then, we’ve been moving at a rapid speed growing both organically and through acquisitions. Today, we are 4 brands strong, supporting not only MaidPro but also Men in Kilts, FlyFoe, and Pestmaster. Our strategy is to keep adding great-performing brands to our portfolio, so we’re not slowing down. We’re headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, but really, we’re all over the map, with more than 400+ franchise locations across North America.

As the Business Development Representative, Pre-Qualifier, you will research prospective lead sources and partnerships, create outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities for the Franchise Development team. You will use your sales and service experience and expertise to contribute to the expansion and growth of the HS Group Holding Company brands. 


  • Generate franchise sales leads via outbound prospecting 
  • Research and identify qualified lead sources and markets for brand expansion through new franchise partnerships
  • Qualify potential prospects to confirm they meet the minimum investment and other criteria
  • Conduct 100+ sales activities (calls and emails per day) to include; qualifying prospects from the company’s lead database and outbound prospecting
  • Collaborate with Franchise Developers, Marketing and Management to help assemble and prioritize strategic target customer lists
  • Provide sales and operational support to the Franchise Development team 


  • 1-3 years of previous sales and/or service experience achieving & exceeding sales quotas
  • Dynamic personality & people person 
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Track record of high achievement
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Adept with technology
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and desire to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, as well as time management and organizational skills
