We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide the highest level of customer service to our new and existing customers

Daily Responsibilities: 

  • Point person for all customer related interactions.
  • Manage customer work orders, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Proactively engage existing customer base through all channels of communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Represent the business in local/community-based marketing and hiring capacities.

Skills / Requirements

  • Bilingual in both verbal and written Spanish/English
  • A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Office management, administrative, or assistant experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
