MaidPro, a premier residential cleaning service with offices throughout North America, is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the day to day operations of our growing office in Morris Plains.  Candidates must be able to provide warm customer service, multi-task, and deliver operational excellence in a fun, fast-paced environment.



  • Enhance the overall relationship with existing customers, and continually exceed customer expectations.
  • Excel at all aspects of supporting and inspiring employees.
  • Manage scheduling for clients and service providers.
  • Manage training and quality assurance programs.
  • Assist in the overall day to day operations of the office including inventory management, field support, issue resolution, and management reporting.
  • Ensure the goals and policies of MaidPro are promoted and adhered to.
