In this role, you’ll be the first experience a potential customer has with MaidPro. This position entails taking inbound phone and web inquiries about our cleaning services throughout the US and Canada. We respond to inbound phone and web inquiries in a "fun", courteous and professional manner via phone and email communications while working with local franchisees to schedule new clients. You’ll be trained, coached, and mentored to maintain given ratios and thresholds … all while learning, growing, and having fun!

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING: Full-time & part-time hours during the times of 8:00am - 10:00pm.  Open 7 days a week; all shifts available!  

Telecommuting is available too!

Skills / Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Previous phone experience is required.
  • Ability to multi-task (talking, typing, with attention to details).
  • Strong computer skills.
