MaidPro Capitol Hill is seeking a reliable Dispatch Assistant/Cleaner who is ready and excited for true responsibility and accountability at a successful growing business!

This is a 35 to 40 hours position, which may include 10-20 hours of house cleaning each week in addition to office duties.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate with clients and employees in a professional manner. Posses a strong work ethic, positive attitude and able to support management with the daily business operations to include not not limited to customer service, dispatching, quality assurance and marketing activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Available to work 7.30am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hard working and reliable
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Extremely detail oriented, fast learner, and a go-getter
  • Must be a team player, enthusiastic and professional
  • Solid computer skills
  • Likes to clean and willing to perform housekeeping duties
  • Must be fluent in BOTH Spanish and English (Written and verbal)
  • Has reliable transportation and/or able to use a mobile app based transportation service (e.g Uber/Lyft)
  • Employee supervision/management experience preferred

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Reports directly to the operations Manager
  • Assist with daily dispatch of cleaning staff in the morning
  • Works as a Professional Cleaning Pro and cleans homes after the office duties
  • Prepare equipment and supplies for the next day
  • Assist manager with preparing for the next day's jobs
  • Managing communication between cleaners, staff, and clients during the day
  • Maintain supply room inventory
  • Providing premium quality customer service
