Customer Service and Sales Rep
Sales Representative – Responsibilities include answering phones, providing information on MaidPro services to new leads, providing accurate estimating of time and cost for home cleaning, managing customer relationships and follow-up through the sale, responding to directives provided by the Sales Manager, handling basic customer service issues and customer confirmations, keeping accurate computer files and notes within customer accounts, maintaining a closing ratio of 25% or higher. There is no cold calling involved with this position.
Skills / Requirements
- A Sales Representative should be friendly, energetic and motivated to sell.
- Computer familiarity is a must.
- You should have good interpersonal skills and be able to relate to a variety of people.
- A good candidate for this position will possess skills like diligence, persistence and persuasiveness.
