Job Description

Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Assist management with daily tasks relating to customer needs and demands
  • Provide field support to staff during the day, as needed (does not include cleaning) 
  • Handling customer issues regarding cleaning and scheduling
  • Perform daily calls to all clients: previous day cleaning / next day reminder calls
  • Claim form handling (i.e. setting up appraisals, estimates and reimbursements)

Sales and Operations:

  • Achieve proficiency in sales estimating and job scheduling for residential and business clients
  • Send estimates, proposals, and job details to consumer and business prospects
  • Cross sell premium services to residential clients
  • Cross sell maid and premium services to employees of janitorial clients
  • Performing follow up and on-boarding client calls and infield visits
  • Prepare daily job tickets / dispatch for the day
  • Conduct daily team dispatching
  • Prepare work binders the day before 
  • Daily laundry 
  • Other tasks to help management

Supplies:      

  • Assist management with supply order recommendation (equipment and cleaning supplies)
  • Assigning supplies to staff
  • Assure that all equipment is neat, clean and operational.  Replace as needed.
  • Refill office cleaning/employee supplies on a daily basis

 

Skills / Requirements

Qualifications

  • Computer familiarity 
  • Great Phone Skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to relate to a variety of people in a responsible and cooperative manner
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Must be able to work under pressure and handle interruptions
  • Capable of neat, thorough, accurate work with good organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
  • Sales background preferred
